I currently accept Cigna, Aetna, United Healthcare, Oxford, and Oscar. I am working to accept additional carriers. For patients with Out-Of Network benefits, you will be charged the self-pay rate upfront, and I will provide an invoice which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
